After several unsuccessful attempts to log in, your account will get locked.
If this happens please follow the instructions shown in the app.
Simply select "FORGOT" and reset your password. You will be sent an email with a link, that when clicked will prompt you to reset your password and choose a new one.
After you choose the new password, you will be able to log in with it on your CUJO app.
If, for some reason, this process isn't working please contact CUJO Customer Support firstname.lastname@example.org. A Customer Service Representative is able to unlock your account.
